Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns only for items that have a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong style. If the return is not caused by a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong style, it is not eligible for exchange or return.

Please note that due to health restrictions, we cannot accept returns for swimsuits, lingerie, bra and panty sets. All sales are final.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We accept returns for most items, but there are some exceptions. Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 8 hours after a successful claim with us, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: hello@bikinioffers.com.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@bikinioffers.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable): We offer refunds on items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Manufacture Defects or Wrong Style: If the return is caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong style, we will be fully responsible for the mistakes. We reserve the option to replace or refund the purchased price.  Please choose the return shipping method accordingly.

Non-Eligible Returns: If the return is not caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong style, it is not eligible to be exchanged or returned.

Shipping Information: Please make sure you have indicated the correct and complete name, address, and phone number on the order form. All items will only be delivered to the shipping information you provided. No refunds will be issued on incorrect or incomplete shipping information given to us.

We have 0 tolerance policy for fraudulent activities, and all fraudulent and non ethical practices against Bikini Offers brand and BikiniOffers.com store will be reported to the Fraud Agencies, Credit and Debit Card Agencies, the Banking system and to the Ecommerce community, and all future purchases and other data will be marked down to a black list. (a couple of examples are: stolen credit/debit cards, credit/debit cars which details don't match, geolocation, we use our advanced system to track these, other bad  common practices used by non ethical users, which are known by the Ecommerce community).
