Orders and Shipping

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Click on My Account, on top of the page, enter your details, then click Create new account. You can create a new account on the Checkout page as well.
On the Checkout Page, where it says ‘Ship to a different address?’ fill in the form with your Shipping Address where you would like to have your item delivered. If you untick the box it will ship to the billing address.

We don’t, unless you ticked ‘Save credit card information on file’ on the Checkout page, or when creating your account. You have the right to delete the credit card information at any time if you ticked the box. PayPal doesn’t store any credit card information on our website.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. 

You can cancel your order BEFORE it’s collected by the shipping carrier. If your order has shipped, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

If we sent the wrong item by mistake from our side, we will send you the correct item you ordered. Send us an email at hello [at]

If your order arrived damaged and you selected *Insured Shipping with Tracking Number on the Checkout page we will send you a new item. Please send us pictures with the damaged item and email us before shipping it to our address.

Please contact us immediately on the purchase day so we can edit your order. We do not offer refunds if you entered the wrong address at checkout and did not contact us within 12 hours after the purchase was made.

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days your package has been delivered.

  • Accessories and beach towels can only be exchanged if there is a quality issue.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, have missing tags and/or hygiene seals, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for an assessment. Upon approval, the return address will be emailed to you. Please note, items must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, NOT the address on your original delivery.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns.
Refunds are issued to your original account or credit card or as a BikiniOffers Credit which can be used as store credit. Items purchased with BikiniOffers Store Credit are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
