Shipping & Delivery Policy
When will my order be processed?
We source our products from multiple vendors located in the US, Europe, and Asia. Please note that during holidays and sale seasons, processing times may be longer than usual. We ship and process orders, during the business days as all the other stores, which is from Monday to Friday.
For domestic shipping within the USA, your items will be packaged and shipped within 5-10 business days after processing. Shipping times range from 9 to 25 business days.
For international shipping, please note that you may be charged customs and taxes once your order arrives at its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. After processing, your items will be packaged and shipped the same or next day. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please ensure that you have provided the correct and complete address and phone number. All items will only be delivered to the shipping information you provided.
Please note that due to health restrictions, we cannot accept returns for swimsuits, lingerie, bra and panty sets. All sales are final. If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong style, we will be fully responsible for the mistake. We reserve the option to replace or refund the purchased price. If the return is not caused by a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong style, it is not eligible for exchange or return.
For Insured deliveries, we cover the original product price PLUS the tracked shipping price.
For items which you request a refund, which is entirely customer's fault, the shipping fee is not refunded.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct and complete name, address, and phone number on the order form. Phone numbers are not used for marketing, but for sharing it with the courier to reach out to you, when your item arrived. All items will only be delivered to the shipping information you provided. Please note that no refunds will be issued for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided to us. If the package tracking shows that it has been delivered to the address on the order form, no refund will be issued. We cannot be responsible for the package once it has been delivered. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you have waited a couple of days and you still do not have the package, please try the following:
- Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
- Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
- Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) If your package was shipped via FedEx, they may be able to hold the package at their local hub for you to pick up. You can call FedEx and see if this is possible (1-800-GO-FEDEX).
Please note that while we sincerely empathise with your situation, BIKINI OFFERS, like every other online merchant, has one thing to go by in order to 'prove' a package has been delivered: Tracking Confirmation. This is the industry standard to which we all adhere and use as a basis for confirming shipment delivery. As such, any order confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
BIKINI OFFERS can provide tracking information or trace assistance, but we are not responsible for confirmed delivered packages that you are unable to locate.
